Salty G's Charters is Captain Gavin Mitchell's six-pack operation out of Homer, Alaska. Gavin runs the M/V Snowgoose II, a C-Dory walk-around — one of only three ever built with a full walk-around deck — originally out of Ninilchik and now one of the most distinctive boats on the Homer Spit. Salty G's offers halibut charters, multi-species trips, and private tours for groups up to six. The vibe is serious fishing with genuine Alaska character: Gavin calls it "fishy juju" and means it — no bananas and no glass on the boat, full stop. Whether you're chasing barn-door halibut or running a multi-species combo, you're getting a local captain who knows these waters cold.
