Alaskan Adventure Guides & Outfitters is Homer's only outfitter offering seamless access to all three elements of the Alaskan backcountry — land, sea, and sky — letting guests fish halibut in the morning, fly over a glacier by midday, and watch wild coastal brown bears by dinner. Their flagship fishing vessel, the Sea Hunter, is a 32-foot Pro Apollo powered by twin 300HP Suzuki engines, accommodating up to 6 guests with tournament-grade equipment and full USCG safety compliance. Led by a team of local guides including Jeremy, Rachel, and Corey — people who live, work, and thrive in Alaska's wild — the operation runs both ocean charter trips out of Homer Harbor and remote fly-out adventures via Cessna 185 to backcountry rivers and lakes. Charter trips target halibut, salmon, rockfish, lingcod, and seasonal crab, while fly-out trips reach trophy rainbow trout, Dolly Varden, and Arctic grayling in National Park waters.
